Dr. DeSano performs outpatient surgery at the Cosmetic Surgery Center of Novi, a local fully accredited/certified AAAASF (American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) private surgical facility offering a calm, exclusive environment with the highest standards of surgical safety and efficiency. Every detail is designed to feel personal, private, and reassuring.
Dr. DeSano also performs surgeries at and is on staff at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital - Royal Oak, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital, Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital, and Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital.

For longer or more complex procedures, additional care arrangements may be recommended to support a smooth and comfortable recovery. Every surgical plan is carefully coordinated to prioritize patient safety, continuity of care, and optimal outcomes.
Care for Traveling Patients
We welcome patients traveling from outside the area and offer coordinated support to make the experience as seamless as possible. For select procedures, our team can assist with arranging a private recovery stay near the surgical facility, including professional overnight care when appropriate.
Throughout the recovery period, our team remains closely involved, maintaining communication and providing follow-up to ensure comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Patients traveling from out of town can feel confident knowing their care continues beyond the procedure itself.
