Light activities and desk work may be resumed within a few days for minimally invasive procedures like injectables or liposuction, while more extensive surgeries such as tummy tuck, breast reconstruction, or facelift may require 2–4 weeks before returning to work and 6–8 weeks before resuming vigorous exercise. Recovery duration depends on the procedure. Most out-of-town patients stay locally for 5–10 days, while more extensive surgeries may require 2–3 weeks. For added support, we can arrange for a night nurse to stay with you during early recovery. This ensures safety, comfort, and personalized care while you are away from home.

Most procedures involve minimal scarring, and incisions are placed strategically to be as discreet as possible. Over time, scars generally fade and become less noticeable. Do NOT smoke during this time. The scars will be more prominent.
