After you contact our office, a dedicated patient coordinator will reach out within 24–48 business hours to connect with you, answer initial questions, and help you take the next steps with clarity and confidence.

  • The Consultative Experience

    • Clear explanation of all options, risks, and expected outcomes

    • Discussion of lifestyle, recovery needs, and long-term goals

      Estimated Time: 30-60 minutes

    Customized Surgical Plan + Scheduling

    The team delivers a personalized treatment plan outlining:

    • Procedure(s) recommended

    • Surgical goals

    • Recovery timeline

    • Cost and financing options

    • Pre-surgery checklist

      Estimated time: 1–7 days after consultation

  • What’s included:

    • Pre-op visit with the doctor

    • Medical clearance (if needed)

    • Nutritional, lifestyle, and medication guideline

    • Skin or body prep instructions

    • Access to a private recovery guide (Clear post-op instructions are provided)

      Estimated time: 1–4 weeks leading up to surgery

  • Before surgery:

    • The doctor reviews the plan, marks anatomy, answers final questions

    • Nursing staff provides comfort measures to reduce anxiety

    After surgery:

    • Patients recover in a (private) quiet, closely monitored setting

    • A dedicated team member communicates with their designated support person

    • Over-Night Caregiver (if needed)

  • What the patient can expect:

    • Next-day follow-up call or virtual check-in

    • In-office visits at key milestones

    • Access to the team and the Doctor (through the portal)

    • Personalized compression, scar care, or skincare instructions

  • The doctor continues seeing the patient through their full transformation.
